Join Jen & Janene for a afternoon of self connection, tapping into rest, discovering your how you define & embody the virtue of Loving Kindness. Restorative Yoga session to go deep, find what your heart is truly calling for then creating a New moon intention that is aligned with your soul for the month ahead, solidifying your intentions & your radiance in ceremony with Cacao & guided meditation as you then get all comfy & bliss out and melt into the healing sounds that Janene brings to the space for deep healing and nourishments, Jen will also be doing some energy work during the sound session.
