About the Creator of The Joyful Little Art Space

To know me, you only have to look to how I show up to life, fully aware & aligned with my heart centered virtues & always learning. I believe life is for enjoying, sharing, soaking up, discovering, experiencing, healing & honoring and this is how I feel about my work in the world as well.

I love to find the magic in simple living, joy & happiness in the mundane from the making of meals & tending to my family, helping work on the family farm, sketching, painting, walking my dogs, creating rituals aligned with the seasons, moon cycles, astrology, elements & energies in the everyday brings so many lessons & learnings.

Listening to nature speak to me, through the plants, animals, rocks, earth, winds, rains, sunshine, moonlight, clouds, stars & beyond is what brings me inspiration, divine guidance & insight.

I am intuitively lead so often in life & always when I work in service to people as well as with painting, making plant medicines, creating essences, sprays & infusions with flowers & crystals, infusing oils with my herbs, this is where I am fully in my soul’s flow, creating. We are created to create & that is what I am here to express in any way that calls me.

Being fully dedicated to my journey of healing, learning, growth & evolution in this life, this includes constantly cultivating self-compassion & caring for my own wellbeing, as that truly allows me to support others on their journeys in a way that comes from a place of wisdom & experience.

I believe we all, every one of us, we all have a purpose here on earth, to be our truth, to share our gifts & to shine. I truly have found my way through the depths of dark despair & grief myself to the light again and again, many times over. This being with support, guidance & healing which we all need from teachers, body workers, energy healers, friends, family all the magical connections that have come from all over the world  it is from my own healing journey that I have the knowing, that it is in service to others healing is where my work lies in this lifetime.

As we walk this human life together, we are all here with the purpose of healing & all evolving from our healing, refining our spirits with each transition, life change or transformation be it in physical, emotional, mental or spiritual bodies, it is through the cycles we move through that bring us the power & wisdom to create the brightest light, the most refined jewels to share as we follow our dreams & inspire others as we do and why I love to create beauty for this world.

I bring an integrated approach to all my offerings be it through my Paintings of Natures beauty, Yoga session, in circle honoring the cycles of our natural world, moon cycles, seasons & elements with Cacao, Yoga & Meditation or teaching Heart Centered living.
