Restorative Yoga session to go deep, find what your heart is truly calling for then creating a New moon intention that is aligned with your soul for the month ahead, in ceremony with Cacao & guided meditation as you bliss out and melt into the healing sounds that Janene brings to the space for deep healing and nourishments, Jen will also be doing some energy work during the sound session.
